I’m not ashamed because I didn’t know better but I regret it and I would have to be ashamed if I did it again. I’m now using benzoyl peroxide to repair the damage, but once my skin clears I hope to gradually stop the benzoyl peroxide and just maintain a good consistent skincare routine based on your advice. Please keep doing what you’re doing!
